How it works
From job ad to shortlist, without the phone tag

Send the interview
Choose the role and enter the candidate’s email. They get an email from your practice (via ClinHR) with their link, and reminders after 2 and 5 days.

They record when it suits them
Candidates answer on their phone or computer, at a time that suits them. The questions are ClinLegal’s, set for each role, so every candidate is asked the same things.

You watch and compare
You get an email when a candidate has finished. Watch their answers, with transcripts, whenever you have a few minutes, then decide who to meet.

Personality Profile Quiz
Send candidates the quiz and see their profile across four styles (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance): how they tend to work, communicate and fit into a team. Results are for your practice only, and stay on the person’s record whether or not you keep ClinHire.
Pricing
$595 + GSTa year per practice
- New members who join from 1 November 2026 get ClinHire free for their first 6 months.
- Existing members have it free until 1 May 2027.
- After the free period it renews with your membership: same date, same invoice. You can choose not to continue at any time before then.
ClinHire is an add-on for ClinLegal members. The practice owner starts it from the ClinHire page in the Member Portal.
Fair to candidates
Candidates read a privacy notice and give their consent before they start. Your practice can delete a recording at any time, and personality results are never shown to the candidate.
