From 1 July 2019, the minimum rates of pay under the Health Professionals & Support Services Award will increase by 3%. Employers and Practice Managers should review their current rates of pay, communicate any change with employees, and increase the pay where necessary. Please also remember that under this Award, employees may be entitled to progress to the next classification level (and receive a pay rise accordingly) annually.
